Lower the frame rate down to 15fps. You don't need 30fps.
Hello everyone, I finally found the problem, I had a camera which was at 10 fps in secondary stream, I reset to 30 fps like the others and my bitrate for but 4 camera is at 8192 at 4mp and everything works well without lag, someone tell me exactly what the secondary stream is for, can you turn it off or not thank you again for helping me

the second frame is used for display in low resolutions devices. It can also be used for motion detection, less data less cpu processing.
In blue iris it can also be used to reduce storage, In the early version of BI it was not needed, as motion detection and storing only used the main frame. Turn the sub frame off it you are not using it.
