I have two IPCs I need to mount:
1. IPC-T3241T-ZAS
2. IPC-T5442T-ZE
Each of them will be mounted on a pole (one pole per IPC).

I'm looking for the best mount combinations.
I know that according to Dahua I need:
PFB203W + PFA152-E (per IPC)
However, I don't like PFB203W, since it doesn't have a lot of real-estate for extra Ethernet cable.

My question, is this combination "kosher":
PFA130-E + PFA152-E
If the answer is no, what are my options here (want to have space for about 2m spare cable).

I'm not sure whether or not the holes align to mount the PFA130-E to the PFA152-E, but if not, you can just use self tapping screws and drill your own holes. I see no reason that this wouldn't work if you're willing to do that.

Drilling holes may not be possible, if the existing holes partly intersect with the holes needed for PFA130-E.
I know there is a Dahua diagram that shows which mount is compatible with other mounts, but cannot find it.

I used a 203 and 152 combo to mount 1 of my cams to a pole and didn’t have any issues with space for the tails and cable. In fact I found the rectangular space you effectively get to be better than the round space as once I used amalgamating tape to waterproof the cable joint/junction it was easier to stuff into the top of the 203.

It looks like the PFA130E has mounting holes 120 degrees out. The IPC-T3241T-ZAS looks like it has holes 120 degrees out also. Looks like the IPC-T5442T-ZE has mounting holes at 90 degrees. I do not think that the PFA130 will work for the 5442. Maybe read this thread Dahua Quick Swap Your Cameras Using PFA-121 & PFA-122 Junction Box & Associated Face Plates - Tip and see if the 121 and 122 might be right for you. I also wonder now if the 152 will fit this universal junction box. I use it in several spots.

There is a wall-mount bracket with an integrated junction box. Check if the PFA152-E will fit as a back plate.

Looks good, but I couldn't find where to buy this (I didn't check if it can be mounted with PFA152-E), Amazon/Aliexpress?

@EMPIRETECANDY do you sell this mount: DH-PFB206W ?

Thank you all for the quick (and detailed) answers, I think I will go with:
PFA130-E + PFA152-E, Unless Andly have DH-PFB206W in stock (and it costs about the same price of PFA130-E).

I've got myself confused, wanted to use PFA-122 instead of PFA130-E
Then I saw this:

Which seems that according to Dahua both PFA-122 and PFA130-E are NOT a good fit to use with 5442-ze.
But for other IPCs they are a good fit?

OK, I'll be the one to bite: why do you " want to have space for about 2m spare cable" ? :idk::cool:
I missed that bit in the OPs post, none of those boxes will have space for 2m of cable in all honesty. Even 12” is a hard push with careful laying of the cable and tails within the junction box.

That DH-PFB206W sure looks like it would but I can't say for sure. :idk:

Yes, even thou the integrated PFB junction box is wider than the PFA pole mount, you may need to drill self tapping screws or use a tap-a-drill bit, to attach both parts. The PFB-206W is a new mount, still not available through Amazon or AliExpress

Can you store the cable elsewhere in the run? If the route up the pole is in EMT or schedule 40, put a box inline on the pole and store the cable in there

I have an other junction box that I think allows me to have that much of extra cable - Dahua PFA122.
It's not a must, but at least 1m of spare cable is very preferred (when working with PFB203W I felt the space is too small).

Extra cable is required to make it easier to unmount the IPC or possibly, make a few adjustments in the future.

This is an option, the problem is that the price of a good junction box for this may be more expensive than two Dahua mounts (which can achieve the same goal).

I have got both a PFA-152 and PFA-156 and I think that you could coil up 2 meters of Cat5e cable behind the 156. The picture is the PFA152 with a PFB302S box. There looks like plenty of room in that box for a coil of cable. The 302 box is also not recommended. You did not mention what size pole but I have also used purlin welded to the 6" poles and there is LOTS of room behind there. If not then you could gut a longer piece of purlin.

I don't have a pole yet, still in the planning phase - mounts and poles.

Trying to make an order for the mounts, according to the diagrams of Dahua:
1) For IPC-T3241T-ZAS - PFA-122 & PFA-152-E can be used to mount on a pole ?
1666553863424.png
2) For IPC-T5442T-ZE - PFA-122 & PFA-152-E
1666554635056.png

That is for both IPCs - PFA-122 & PFA-152-E.
Can I order these mounts or did I miss anything?
