That pilot was good! Dead center on the runway from touchdown to full stop and he probably was easy on the brakes and reverse thrusters to keep the downforce off the nose gear as much as he could so it wouldn't collapse.

Looks like he reduced the airspeed, had the flaps fully extended and kept flipping the elevators up to keep the nose up as long as it would stay up until gravity took over. Then probably just feathered the brakes and let it slide to a stop. I concur. Excellent piloting skills.
