Hi,

I want to powered my camera (DS-2CD2132F-IWS) with a POE adaptor on a CPL (Devolo 650) but it do not work, the camera is not powered

I use RJ45 connectors shielded (cat 5E) to connect camera and POE adaptor.

1 connector from CPL to POE adaptor Data In
1 connector from POE adaptor Data / Power Out

I've tested directly on my router (without CPL) and I have the same problem.

What can I do? Someting was wrong with my configuration?

That is a powerline adapter and not poe..its will not power the camera.

Buy a true poe injector or switch and be done with it.

The ebay seller lied, that is not an 802.3af compliant PoE injector and therefore it will not work.

The proper PoE voltage is 48 volts, though I have seen them go as high as 56 volts. The injector you got is only 12 volts, and to make things worse it is "passive" which means the power is always fed whether the device on the other end wants it or not.

I do not know how good those prices are. If you find a similar device that costs less, just link it here and ask if it would be compatible. I am sure someone will be able to look at the specs and tell you.
