Profiles and BI app

So it seems that if I set a custom profile, #2 in the morning when I leave for work, sometime during the day I notice the profile has changed to no profile, I was playing with the schedule at one point but it is not enabled. I also notice that if I set the profile in BI on the computer and then open the app, it didn't tell me the name of the profile I set. An I not using the profiles correctly?

So If I pick say profile 1 and click it twice the little box to the left turns into a circle with a line through it and says schedule overridden, would that be hold?
