Now that I've got cameras up, settings tweaked, etc, I wanted to start setting up profiles. The first step I took to this was to have a profile for 1 of 2 ptz presets for multiple cameras. I set another profile for the other preset. These will be unscheduled profiles.

Profile 1 = Preset 1 = 4 cameras
Profile 2 = Preset 2 = 4 cameras

For each camera (under ptz settings, edit preset), I select the preset and then tick the profile under auto cycle. All other profiles are unticked for every other preset.

This isn't working. The help file isn't too clear, unless I'm not understanding.

What's the best method for what I'm trying to accomplish?

Is your objective to move the same 4 cameras to two distinct positions by changing profiles?
First ensure that you can change the cameras postion by using the BI preset options.

Yes, the presets work for each camera.

Your settings should work in theory, make sure you have auto cycle patrol ticked and that the auto cycle icon in the ptz bar (next to the presets is green)
I dont use ptz cameras so i dont have one to test with. Hopefully someone with a ptz cam can help.

Currently set up as such

I'll give it a little more while and then shoot an email to Ken.

Make sure the auto cycle button is green/engaged.
