I watched a movie on my wife's recommendation, last night on Netflix called 'Take care of Maya'. It was truly disturbing how powerful and corrupt the Child Protective Services were/are in this one particular county in Florida. But, pretty sure they are like this in most places. Very sad, and I wish the best for the family. Again, Government out of control.

Of course attendance is voluntary....it's a freakin' reading event for children!!! Children are dropped off at the library by a parent who, hopefully, is unaware of such content there. The best outcome of this will be that some parents have now pulled their heads out of there asses and have been "awakened to the woke."

lol .. recall a movie showing WWII sailors doing a drag show ( black and white ) .. can't find the reference now ..
turns out there was quite a bit of drag in the military .. :
Heck when I was in, '68 to '72, there were no women on the aircraft carriers and/or in combat so maybe some guys were so lonely and bored that wanted to play dress-up, I dunno. All I know is we worked so hard physically 15 to 18 hours a day for 45 to 60 days on end and when NOT working you were trying to stay alive so I can't comment on what's it like to have enough spare time to even feel bored and possess enough of a recreational spirit remaining to feel like playing games, let alone dress-up or drag.
