fenderman, now that I think I have BlueIris configured properly thanks to you (I'm still monitoring the CPU as the culprit causing my ghosting and frozen frames), I see that I need to properly configure my new hard drives.

Can you double check my understanding below?

I have the following hard drives and purpose:
1. O/S hard drive
2. D: a 2 TB hard disk for 10 of my 12 cameras.
3. F: a 500GB WD hard disk for License Plate Camera 1
4. G: a 250GB SSD disk for License Plate Camera 2

I want to send my video files, older than 7 days, to disk number 2 (D: the 2 TB hard disk)

I believe I take care of all that configuration on this attached BI page:
1. I would uncheck the "do not monitor"
2. I would increase the Limit Size, to just under the Hard Drive capacity
3. Limit clip age to 7 days
4. Move to folder "shared" (which is aimed at the D:\Stored folder)

First I would place the os on an ssd if its not already there.
Second, I would also not limit storage to "days" rather use size ..this way you have maximum archived storage...
