PTZ fails after automatic upgrade

Hi All,

I have followed all of the suggestions that I have found concerning this issue and I have not been able to resolve it.

My cameras are reported by ONVIF as:

H264

HI3516EV200_50H20AI_S38

V5.00.R02.000559A7.10010.040400..ONVIF 2.41

The sticker on the cameras say they are NM4RT-20718EP

I have been able to upload firmware "FixWarmL_General_IPC_HI3516EV200_50H20AI_S38.Nat.dss.OnvifS.HIK_V5.00.R02.20200325_all" successfully but the PTZ still does not work and the firmware is still reported by ONVIF as V5.00.R02.000559A7.10010.040400..ONVIF 2.41.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I think I Have the same camera, just plugged it in- was delayed 4 months due to COVID. All in Chinese, unfortunately, but I'll update if I find anything.

P.S. The site contains firmware versions that I received for free and they are available for download
Some firmware versions need to be purchased from Chinese suppliers, or you need to spend the resources of project participants OpenIPC.org, these versions are only available for a fee by agreement.
