Ptz move to preset when triggered by another camera ?

I was expecting the actual BICommand.exe

I have attached a copy of BIcommand.exe for anyone interested.

BICommand Configuration


1.Copy the BICommande.exe into the Blue Iris bin folder (....BlueIris\bin\ )


2. Ensure you have presets positions set up on the camera you want call , when triggered by the other camera. For example your PTZ camera

3. On the calling camera, under properties ->Alerts check the"Run a program or execute a script" box, then press configure.


4.On "Configure run alert"window >when triggered >file: point this to your BICommand.exe install path.

5. Setting the Parameters is reasonably simple. If you follow the format in the example it should work.
Example Parameter format:

ptzpreset=2 PTZ

In the example "2" is the preset your calling and "PTZ" is the PTZ cameras short name)

To reset the PTZ camera after the alert, check the "run file again when trigger is reset" box.
Another Example Parameter format:

ptzpreset=4 PTZ
