PTZ with IR?

I have a HIk 2mp PTZ but it doesn't have any IR. Looking for another with IR night vision. Looking at the DS-2DE3304W-DE it say it has an IR cut filter but I'm not seeing any IR. Do I have to get an external IR?

If it’s a dark area no lights yes you will need ir light
but if there’s street lights there really ok
they have low light shutter and have a good picture
I have some on the driveway fence

The DS-2DE4A220IW-DE is a dome style camera with IR...this is accomplished by blocking the IR from the lens inside...

You can also select "IR" or "non-IR" when searching the PTZ range Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co. Ltd.

You might be better off investing in some external light sources. It will result in fewer insects flying around the camera too.
