Pushover taking 1min to ~12 hrs to get notice on IOS lately

I use pushover with Curl.exe to send push notifications on some of my cameras.

When i originally set this up it was working great with instant alerts.

Lately have been getting notification up to 12 hrs later on the same camera. With some within a minute. Seeing other cameras on system doing the same in addition with other iphones.

Running pushover 3.8.3, Blue iris release 5.6.6.0. I know there have been quite a few blue Iris updates lately.

Anybody else seeing this recently?

Any ideas on how to root cause issue?
 
Working fine here, but I am on 5.5.x.x BI version.

I suspect it is something local to your area and the server pushover is going thru.

Is everyone getting their pushover images this morning for those using the API? I am getting no images this morning. In the past I would get an occasional no image but it had settled down quite a bit and had been rock steady. I rebooted the BI server, cleared the app cache, rebuilt the DB, DB...

I’ve had mixed results with the delay from Pushover over the years with Android. Sometimes it comes through within about 5 or 10 seconds. Other times it’s upwards of 15 minutes. I’ve never really figured out why.
