I hope this is the correct place to post this...
Anyways, my work bought a building and it came with a QC826 NVR and about 10 QCN8068BA cameras. We found out recently that nothing has been recorded by the cameras or NVR. The NVR said that there was 0 free space, however, the footage on the hard drive should have been overwritten when new footage was recorded.
Here is a list of things I have done already.
Formatted the HHD
Rebooted the system
Updated the firmware
Downloaded QC View on my windows PC
Messed with all Motion settings with all cameras and tested to see if things would record.
Tested the scheduling.
Nothing seems to work. Do you think that the HHD needs to be replaced or am I just missing a setting? I am definitely a beginner with these things.
