Quick Sync question

I installed BI on a Dell OptiPlex 5040 i7-6700 with a HD 530 graphics card today.

I’m running this computer headless. How do I confirm if Quick Sync is working with BI?

I’ve set default to Intel hardware acceleration in BI.

Also note that since that thread, windows 10 now shows gpu consumption in task manager.
