Thanks for the quick response on an old post. As my main street camera is completely down I had to buy something. Emailed Andy for a recommendation and ended up ordering an SD49425XB-HNR. I think there's a replacement model coming soon for it, but I couldn't wait.
If it works no problem (thus confirming my issue is with the 49225) I'll see if I can cut and splice the cable to fix the 49225.
