Recorded files (*.bvr) were there two days ago now gone

The Blue Iris 4 program (installed on PC on domain) has been running for four days (starting: Sat 6 AM) continuously, monitoring a project. On the beginning of the 3rd day (Monday) I could see *.bvr files with the date of Saturday, Sunday & Monday. Today, (Wednesday) I only see files dated Tuesday and Wednesday.
The program surely wouldn't delete these files, would they? They couldn't have been overwritten, because the files names are a date stamp, and therefore unique.
Note: The location of the files are written to a NAS accessible to through the network.

I also found *.bvr files on the local drive of the Blue Iris PC in a folder called "Stored", but once again the date stamp is Tues

Sure it would delete them... That's because you failed to set storage limits larger than default.... go to Clips in archiving and set it up properly.
 
Please review attachments and offer suggestions if you wouldn't mind. This will be very helpful.
The "Y:" is a map to the NAS.
I've already changed the "Stored" settings from Delete to "Move to folder", and increased the settings in New & Stored Limit size to 200MB with a Limit Clip Age to 30 days.
However shouldn't the settings in the pic i've attached been sufficient for files stored on the NAS since Saturday?

no, 20 gig is nothing..you have a total of 40 gb...it should not even be enough for a day with continuous recording...
dont limit clips by day...limit by storage capacity.
also dont just point it to Y: ...create a folder y:\new
also it seams you are recording direct to nas then moving it back to the primary drive..dont make sense.
 
That setting to "Move to Folder" puzzled me, because it appears i only have the option of Delete, Recycle & Move to Folder.
How should it be set to just go to Y: (Also, the mapped drive goes directly to a folder call "Surveillance". Do you recommend I change the mapped drive one level above Surveillance and then enter Y:\Surveillance in the Clips and Archiving tab?)
The motion detect is set to trigger the recording, so it isn't recording around the clock. the Files after one day is roughly 5GB split up into 4 or so files, and I don't know why it splits the files up.
