Recording file size exceeds than specified maximum

Hi Everybody


My system seems to be working fine so far until I noticed just now that the recording files from 6 of the 8 cameras are around 30 Gb size when I have specified the file size to be around 4 Gb as shown in the screenshot below :-

Just checked the settings are it seems all good - it says 8 hours or 4 Gb all files from cameras are 4 Gb or less so far.

Any suggestions what is happening here and what could I do to address the issue.

you have not posted a screenshot of your settings.
Also remember it needs to be set in each camera independently its not a global setting

This is the setting for all the cameras - I have just checked

The more surprising thing is that it has been working correctly for the last nine months and that has been happening since 9th of September 2024

The setting is also profile specific so if you are using different profiles you need to ensure its set properly.

Hi Deepak, It seems like your camera settings might not be applying correctly. Double-check the individual camera settings to ensure they're configured for 4 GB or 8-hour recordings. Also, verify that the file format supports this limit. If the issue persists, consider updating the firmware or contacting customer support for further assistance.
