FYI - posting it here, to make it easier to find .. original post in the longer thread ..


Even LifeHackster points out: ( in a bit of an understatement )

" .. some of their ( Reolink ) their cameras are not really that great in video quality at night, also one thing that Reolink does is lower the camera's frame rate at night compared to in daytime .. "

here's the section where he discusses this .. ( note, answer to the question is more light .. )
