You could try lowering the FPS. For your field of view, 10 FPS is probably sufficient.

Unfortunately, bitrate probably cannot be lowered any as it is and this is one area where you can tell the CPU is underpowered - most of the 4MP need 8192 bitrate, and this 8MP caps at 8192, which can degrade the image in certain fields of view.

@user8963 yep, the 8mp turrets kept crapping out on me, very sluggish to operate as well, max you should go with is 4mp for the time being

Could you tell me does sub stream create additional CPU load for camera ?
Is better to switch it off if I don't use it ?

Yes the substream will use CPU, so if you can turn it off because you are not using it, then yes.

And try to make just one IVS rule as well. And make sure MD and SMD are turned off as well.
