Anyone know how to hard reset this camera.. cant find a button inside.
 
Did you unscrew that board and have a look underneath? Also in the recent past, sometimes Dahua cameras had no buttons on some of the cameras but instead had two solder points that had to be shorted with a paperclip to reset it.

Ah ha there was a reset button under there.. my first turret..also had to use new config tool and initialize first .. thanks!
