They clearly have an interest in marketing to the US, since they applied for and were assigned an FCC ID.

Dahua has thousands models and their main target is the big project, not the home users or small business, US has a super big market for the camera market. It's a super big cake.Lol. We can do better than most of the local distributors, lol.

Thanks @looney2ns support for the forum, this camera was return by a client, and i ask him send to Looney2ns for checking, seems cam working great. This can use for a baby room. We will invite @looney2ns to make more testing on new models full color IPC-HDBW4239R-ASE and MINI PTZ SD22404T-G 4MP PTZ.

My local supplier is getting better based on my clients. If I need a camera, they can usually get what I need. I'm waiting to see about the starlight varifocal turret. That would be icing on the cake!

Got the cam and like it for what it is.

One thing I need to turn off is the blue ring light while its on, looks like a UFO landing :smash:

I did the initial config with the Lechange app in andriod. I did not see anywhere to turn it off in that app as some have mentioned
Smartpss on windows, went into the config of the camera, saw lots of the normal stuff to play with.
For the life of me I cant find how to turn that little light off,
Any help is greatly appreciated, my old eyes must be playing tricks on me again

    :)

Go into the lechange app and hit the gear icon on the top right for settings. In that screen towards the bottom will be a setting called “device indicator” slide the button to the left to shut off the ring.

I don't see that it's listed in the specs but I was wondering if this camera supports POE?

I’m looking to A46 also. Does yours support web acces to the camera, watching video/images and managing it through browser? Or only mobile/Windows app is supported?

Does it support storage to eg. NAS (NFS, SMB, ...)?

My local seller said none of this and I’m a little bit confused now...
    Thanks.

    Can i ask something?

    1) Is it correct to say that if connected via wifi, the sound/audio is acceptable unless the environment is silent (which there will be static?). If connected via ethernet cable, the audio problem disappears. Does everyone experience this?
    2) Can both of you talk at the same time?
    3) Anyone here compared this against the IPC-A35? (they say A35 is better since you can configure it via web browser)

    Thanks.

Is there a way to change the ip address? Im using the Lechange/imou app and I don't see a way to change it.

Should of googled longer,I got it. Downloaded the Dahua Toolbox and used the Config Tool.
