"Rich" Notification on iOS?

My iOS notification pop up used to include some sort of animated images for preview of what triggered the motion, and for some reason it's no longer there. it's just a motion trigger pop up.

where is the setting for this?

looks like the settings are correct, all necessary settings are checked.

Mike, this thread helped solve a similar problem I was having: Push Notifications only include image when connected to WAN not when on LAN (Wifi)
