Total suck-o And I say that from experience, not just reviews.
I was "forced" to install one at my parent's home when my sister gave it to them as a Christmas gift...I'm always recruited as the tech\install guy. I advised against it from reviews here and elsewhere to no avail. Poor quality, poor connectivity..like no more than 5 ft from the wifi router and every few rings it would hang and could not connect. Delayed responses on the phone app. ring....10 min later in another part of town it appears on my phone. Delayed image capture = nothing in the video. It will trigger on cars going by, but by the time it initiates the cam or IR the motion event has passed...so lots of alerts with nothing in the video. It is just used as a regular doorbell now. I don't even try to mess with it anymore.

She notified me and I looked back on my video and saw the perp. Of course our IP videos have the date and time stamp. Here is the video I took of the perp. This is before he reached her house. Video is degraded from the upload to YouTube.
