a couple of years ago. Not using them anymore, but i used a couple for about two years without any problems. Works with 2 cams, both poe. You also have to use a set, so it will take up 2 ports on your switch. Also see this thread: POE Over Cat5e to Switch Help.

Keep in mind that the port on the PoE switch that this is plugged into needs to be PoE+ rated, 15 watts, minimum and can vary depending of the load of the cameras.
