RTSP Port NOT CHANGABLE WHY

i have 3 ports on my ip cam:

Data Port : 8200 ( Default )
Web Port : 80 ( Default )
RTSP Authentication : 554 ( Default )

so web port changed to 1111 and it works my ip cam is accessible on :1111
but changing the RTSP Authentication port does nothing the port still listens to 544.

Sounds like the camera has a buggy web interface. Not particularly surprising.

Why do you want to change the RTSP port anyway?

thank you bro i appreacite your time.
maybe its just the cheap cameras i dont know lately as i was testing and opening ports and closing and accessing the cameras outside multiple times my internet just crashed and restarted.
the interesting thing when i open port 554 on 1 camera and use 1 camera outside it works perfectly like locally really. but as soon i wanna get 2 more cameras working it just crashes my internet and works for a moment and then gets me 100 percent frames dropped and stream falls out.
