Samsung snc-b5399 connecting to Blue Iris

im trying to get a samsung snc-b5399 to connect with blue iris and having no luck

http port of 58007 RTSP port of 554

has anyone got one to work ?

Welcome to the forum. Have you tried all the samsung options in the dropdown? have you properly entered the username password and ip?

Sure have, ive been on it all morning and some of yesterday trying everything i could think of, i have other samsung cameras ( as well as others ) working on my blue iris system, just this one doesnt want to play, i can see the camera without a problem
when i log straight in to it

You can try contacting support and see if he can get the rtsp url...or contact samsung and ask them to give it to you..
