+1. She needs to be promoted to county finance manager. Now, the 20 million quote would likely be for more cameras, but the point is the same, it will cost no where near 20 million. The taxpayer gets shaken down like this on a daily basis.

$741 for 12 1080p cameras and recording device isn't bad, even if they are running on coax and likely cost a lot more than $741 in materials by the time it was all said and done.
