I am showing 4 camera's full screen 24/7 on a monitor in a control room.
A few times per hour the monitor is black for a second.
I have replaced the complete setup (computer, cables and monitor) but the problem remains.
All energy settings are off.

I am running Win7 64bit on a Intel i3 PC with 8GB ram and 4 network camera's (720p 15fps) with only BI and BI tools (watchdog) running.
Can BI or the BI tools cause this?

check the video driver, cable and monitor

I already replaced everything and it didn't help. (other type of computer, other graphics card)

did you perform a CLEAN windows installation? No other junk...

this is easy to test...instead of running blue iris, simply leave windows running and see if the screen goes blank..

Yes clean install, and with BI not running there is no problem. (that's the first thing I've tested, I should have mentioned that :)

email support, I have never heard or seen this issue...what is your cpu consumption when this happens?

CPU is not higher than 30% and I can't see a spike when it happens.
I will remove the BI tools to see if that has any effect.

There is also something else that is strange.
I've got 4 equal cameras with the same settings and 1 camera image does not fit into his quadrant of the screen.
I is zoomed in a bit and I can move the image around in his quadrant with my mouse.

that is because you zoomed in with the mouse scroll wheel

At the same time the screen is getting black, Radmin is kicking me out, but the camera's on the same NIC are still connected.
The strange thing: when BI is running but minimized it is stable.

are you logged in remotely when this is happening or viewing on a local monitor?

It also happens when I am not logged in and viewing the local monitor.
Maybe still a conflict with the mirror driver? (unfortunately uninstalling Radmin is no option for me)

The network monitor is going to 25% when I am kicked out.
When I log out and log in it remains at 5%.
The CPU monitor shows no peeks.

I seems that this is wat happens:

When BI is minimized: no black screen, no kicking out
When BI is fullscreen and not logged in: a few times per hour black screen
When BI is fullscreen and logged in: every 10-60 seconds kicked out and black screen
