yeah nevermind, your government is a little too tyrannical for me lol. looks like cameras are about the only thing you're allowed to have without going through a bunch of bs.
EMPIRE had a couple of versions of the laser lit versions in the $1200 range.
I have some use cases that include +750m unpowered and unlit areas, so these types of tools start to make since when you consider other options, such as solar+wireless, node based wired, or thermal.
Doesn't take much theft to get to $1200.
Thanks for taking the time to post stuff @Korgoth . If you keep it mobile some low/no background lighting samples would be awesome.

That panoramic camera is the ultimate overview camera, is it fixed or can you zoom in and out with it? Doubt it but curious.

Never tried it on blueiris, but we successfully connected it to Hikvision NVRs, Avigilon and mirasys softwarw or even Qnap VioStore using ONVIF. So my guess is "yes, it will work".
Also we have modified formware for this one, that allows you to enable laser, whiper, WDR and defof using presets. So you can fully control it on 3rd party softwares

thanks for your sharing! Because there has a guy asking SD6AL24O-HNI if can work, so i think can be no problem.

I'm not recomending 40x zoom camera. There will be new model with new lens, current one is not so good in my opinion.
Remember that longer focal length means less light for sensor. I would recomend using 4K ptz with 6-180mm lens. Almost the same range as 40x but image quality is better
