Secuplug - no connecting

Hello

few days ago I ordered this IP camera. It is a SecuPlug SP-HD54F-DM550AP-B.


Unfortunately, I do not succeed in connecting to the camera. It does not appear in the network craver (FritzBox 7590). Also with tools like IPwizard etc. I can not find them.
According to the manufacturer, it should be found on the port 192.168.1.110. But she is not there.
Have already used an IP scanner, unfortunately no success.
Also with various camera tools, XEOMA, HCMS, Onvif Device Manager, nothing.

Maybe whoever has an idea. thanks

Does the cam appear to boot/cycle to home when powered up?
Does the cam have a reset button?
For the heck of it, have you tried setting your PC to static IP of 192.168.1.20 and subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 and connecting cam directly to PC's Ethernet port?
Then open cam's embedded webGUI with browser at 192.168.1.110?
 
The camera has does not have a reset button. She already screwed up. when starting, the camera rotates once around all axes.
I will connect later the camera directly on the PC.
over the browser i get no contact, same when i ping the camera.

are you powering the camera via POE or via a wall power plug?
if using a POE are you sure you are not overloading the POE power output?
Are you using a short commercial made cable (NOT home made) , Bad cable are a major problem for new cameras.
What is your PC ip address?
What is your router IP address ?
