Good deal..just not there h.265 hardware acceleration...but not a big deal..what brand and model is it?

What would be a good ip cam for apt building with long hallways and stairwells, halls are not that bright.

Blue iris currently does not support hardware acceleration on h.265...but it likely will at some point...it should make a big difference as it does not with h.264...when that will happen who knows...
If you are going to stick with 2mp cams just go with a i5-6500
