Good deal..just not there h.265 hardware acceleration...but not a big deal..what brand and model is it?

Blue iris currently does not support hardware acceleration on h.265...but it likely will at some point...it should make a big difference as it does not with h.264...when that will happen who knows...
If you are going to stick with 2mp cams just go with a i5-6500

yes, skylake and the new kaby lake have the hardware for h.265 decoding..
