Sending emails with Hikvision cube camera

My camera sends emails just fine when on home network.
id like to temporarily set it up in a remote location using an iPhones hotspot (AT&T service) to send emails.
The testing always fails when connected to hotspot.
im wondering if AT&T is doing something or if it’s iPhone doing something.
any thoughts?

What outgoing email ports being used?

AT&T may be blocking the outgoing port for POP3 which is 25.

Yes port 25. Using smtp.charter.net.

Can the iPhone send and receive email using the same service?

Yes it can.
So I tried it with my annke cube camera (Hik clone I believe)and that works.
Maybe something with the Hik camera?
