Simple laptop app for initial installation setup/angle of cameras?

Is there some simple app I can temporarily install on my Windows laptop so that I can carry it to my proposed IP camera install locations around the house for checking viewing angle and permanent drilling locations easily? I'd prefer not to deal with moving my Blue Iris license back and forth.

I just use windows explorer on a windows machine. (yes it needs to be internet explorer, new one won't work).

For a macbook either safari or the chrome nacl web plug in.

You log into the camera at it's IP address.

Or I use my phone or ipad, and a blue iris viewer app.

You will need a power adapter plugged into the camera and ethernet to the Poe of caneras and laptop... put the Ip of the cam in firefox.. download the plugin and you can view easily.

Oh, blue iris also acts as a webserver.
You can go to the blue iris ip address from your laptop, and view the camera outputs.
You do have to set this up in blue iris, setup a user name and password that you use to log into the viewer page.
