Single-cam recommendation (outdoor, varifocal, see details in thread)

Hi,
We got some pesky dogs in the neighborhood who are sometimes wandering off their yard and mark their territories on our driveway. I know, first-world problems, right?

But I wanted a camera anyway for the front so I'm looking around. I'm looking for a single-cam setup.
As far as I could tell, I need fairly narrow FOV (8-10-12 mm), but can't really tell until I install tha camera. So I'm looking for a varifocal piece. I don't need a DVR, I'm planning to use either the SD slot in the camera or some cloud recording service.

I did some research and while I found what I need at Dahua (Alhua?), they are about twice as expensive as some other brands which seem also OK.
These are the ones I looked at so far:
Dahua IPC-HFW2320R-ZS-IRE6
Dahua IPC-HDW5231R-Z
Techege / Misecu YN-IPC-BT635PZ-40

I found zero information on Misecu / Techege cameras. Does anyone have any experience with these?

Also, if anyone can share some first-hand experience with cloud recording services, I'd appreciate that too.
