Should Dahua & Hikvision H.265+ cameras work on the nvr H.265 codec (Bosch Bosch DIVAR Network 3000)?
I have been researching this for a while, but could not find a definite answer. Smart codec H.265+ provides an extra encoding compression yet still complies with the H.265. According to ipvm
"Because smart codecs work within the standard framework of H.264/H.265, additional support is generally not required by VMSes and NVRs"
At the same time both Dahia and Hikvision nvrs offer a separate H.265+ codec selection. So, my question is: if I set camera codec H.265+ and nvr H.265, will it do H.265+ compression?
Has someone tried H.265+ cameras on H.265 nvr?
