SmartPSS is using a lot of data when idle

With a short test, I don't get results similar to you.
My PC PSS has 4 cams, one is P2P. Same PSS version as you.
Task manager shows the following on Performance page for ethernet:
No PSS 0 Kbps
PSS idle 0 Kbps
PSS 2 cams liveview 6 Mbps
PSS idle 0 Kbps
No PSS 0 Kbps

Related PSS processes that could be active if enabled:
PC-NVR.exe with Challenge.exe. These would not normally turn off if PSS is turned off.
