After attempting blindly, failing, searching here and watching multiple YouTubes still can not get SmartPSS to actually find the cameras. Please review the attached screenshot and advise what I need to do. For security, I did blur out the final 3 "xxx" of the domains listed, but they represent what is labeled.
No problem running BI on the dedicated computer with the cameras attached to NIC2 subnet, and no problem accessing with the smartphone app.
For SmartPSS loaded as separate devices all 4 possible IP combinations and all report "Offline". The client computer running SmartPSS was on the same home network...no VPN access attempt or anything like that...keeping it simple.
Not shown are variations I tried with no success:
1) Password: used the "changed" password but also tried the original "admin/admin"
2) Port: 37777 is the default for SmartPSS (and confirmed as the TCP port on the camera) Tried both the camera HTTP port and the BI listening port, plus a random unassigned port.
3) Reinstall SmartPSS without the sister PCNVR program which isn't necessary on remote clients, bogging them down (only thing picked up from YouTube). Photo below would look the same with or without it installed.
