Is that the camera that recorded this video? Because she is Squarely looking at THIS camera and looking at it from a couple of angles. MAYBE she doesn't see the camera, but she at least suspects one in this spot.
If the cam that recorded this is NOT the secret CIA cam, then what did the Secret CIA cam capture?
The birdhouse & camera were present back on Dec 14th during her 4th incursion. It didn't phase her. She clearly walks past the lamp post/birdhouse without slowing or putting on mask. I think she is looking at the neighbors truck, not at birdhouse. Either case, it's enough to have the police take action. Previous incursions, she was wearing mask and detectives said not so great.
aha! got her 100% on camera! 5th incursion. Unsure as to why...but she bypassed my house and hit my neighbors truck instead. All vid's going to police. @looney2ns is there a way I can futher enhance this video for future? I thought I did ok for picture settings. Don't like the blur but it is night time.
Agree with @looney2ns , if your getting that good an image at 1/30 given how much ambient light you have, 1/60 and easing back on DNR should be a great image.
@Holbs - it may have got missed on the page break, but I mentioned that I have been able to make some minor improvements in video quality in VLC so maybe run the video thru that and see if you can clean it up any.

I saw that. Yes, I can see what I can do with VLC. For right now, in a rush to add more motion sensors on both sides of the house and running the wire for it Sooner I can get that done, the more 'security perimeter' I'll have around the house. Going to turn this place into Fort Knox. What's funny is that I wanted to eventually do this anyways but always thought I would have more time to tinker, adjust, config, fine-tune in the coming months, not coming hours.

@Holbs - oh I meant on one of my videos I was able to make improvements LOL. I will take a shot at it and see if I can improve it.
EDIT - it was questionable if it were an improvement. I could knock down the brightness a bit and sharpen a bit, but not enough to make a big enough difference for identification purposes.
I sure hope they will do something. It would seem that without video of the actual vandalism that they'll not be able to do much. i mean, today's video places her squarely at the time/place, but not doing anything. We've got to hope that the overall pattern and history and your video evidence of the previous events will give 'em what they need.
Does your neighbor have a Ring doorbell, or any other system?

neighbor has Ring doorbell. But does not cover where they park their 2 F350 8' bed trucks. She let air out of white truck, but slashed a single black truck tire. Why? Dunno's. My lamp post is about 5' to the right of image taken from my new PTZ I installed just last night:
trying out manual shutter 1/100. Had to max out brightness, contrast, gamma. Gain at 35. Doesn't look too shabby. Not looking for 100% illumination. Will try out 1/60 next but I have nothing against 1/100. Did a walk test and doesn't look too shabby, really did cut down the motion blur.
Can you have a dog in a doghouse on a long leash? a territorial growly dog? My brother lives in Reno and has one for the Bears that come snooping thru the neighborhood trash. Before the dog, he had twice walked outside to find a bear in the backyard or at the trash receptacle. The dog "hears" the bear before people do and gets up and goes to the door.

My outside dog has better ears then I had when I was a kid. He can hear a vehicle coming and know if it's a neighbors vehicle or a strange one, and then barks as it gets closer. The tone of the bark lets me know the story. Makes a great outside alarm. Keeps the predictors away.
eventually, I would like to put a 4' fence (or whatever HOA allows...I think max is 4') and then get dogs. Automatic fence opener, Jetson's maid (Rosie) welcome me home (with a Dahua Boobie camera for eyes). I am just running with what is possible at the moment Did add 2 more Bosch Tritech motion detectors outside. More at ease. My entire front of house is covered by motion detectors connected to my DSC alarm system which MQTT to my Home Assistant home automation. Also have 6 cameras in the front area as well. Next, may look into auto-waypoint DJI mavic mini night time flights just to buzz around overhead to spook folks.
Be aware that the fifth incident do not happen to me but my neighbors. So they had to file their own police report. But I did call the detective who is working on my case so he can be detective on their case. He saw the video and was very happy to see her bare face. He said that helps greatly. What that means I do not know. A side note. My neighbors brother works for the same police department. That could help light some fires.
more fine tuning of night time picture settings. I am getting better at this. One problem I had is my garage 5000lm motion detector LED light. I could have the settings looking AOK when the LED light is off...but then when it flips on by motion (cat, leaf, paramecium) things get goofy. I swapped it out to a dusk to dawn light for a more all night uniform image setting on my cameras. Also changed from manual shutter of 1/120 to 1/60 as I think it was too low of light to detect motion if someone would be wearing dark clothing.
