This is the mini PTZ NTSC with Wi-Fi version (non-poe built in, but i have some extra 330' certified injectors and power plug that I will include)

This has been sitting on the shelf for several months and I still haven't gotten around to putting it up so it's time to see if someone else can put it to good use. I bought this on impulse, and now am going to go down the HIK Ultra Low Light 4K route instead.

This WiFi version averages $190 - $225 on eBay.
AE these are going for $155 to $175

Inside - yes, but you would have to rotate the image.

Outside - I would say no unless properly protected. Technically this is an "indoor" camera, but as many have posted here they do great/just fine outdoors when mounted under a soffit and out of direct elements.
