Hi all, I'm trying to narrow down this error that I keep getting. The way i have my settings, every time this happens I get an email alert.

I took a backup of the settings, reinstalled and restored setting, same thing. I've also done a repair of the DB, without any luck. Any idea what would cause this? It happens about once a day or so.

never seen that before...I would email support...you can check your folders to see if there are old files that were not deleted and the system is attempting to export them..
 
I'm a home user, and my support expired back in October last year and wasn't planning on renewing it....

I wish there was more info about the error, such as what source file is actually corrupt. It appears that the files still get offloaded from the local machine to my NAS, so that is working. When I look in the directories on the local file system, I see about a weeks' worth of files which aligns with my settings.

FWIW, the first time I see this hit was on Jan 31 of this year. Seems to repeat in the logs on a random time, but a daily occurrence. Only a couple of times will I see it hit twice in one day. Each time it gets the error, I don't think anything is actually wrong, as I see the files being exported to the NAS, but without more details, don't really know. I looked to see if there may be any files stuck on the local file system from the Jan 31st date, but there isn't - the oldest is about 7 days old.

I was hoping the DB repair would fix it... it didn't. I was hoping the reinstall would fix it... it didn't. I bet if I reinstall and build the profile from scratch it would fix, but that seems like an enormous task to do.

Any other thoughts?

are you recording to bvr?...30 dollars for support is cheap in this arena....
 
Yep, $30 is cheap. Never used support the year that I had it, but may extend it if nothing turns up here.

Does anyone know how you can at least enable debug logging to get a better sense of what is going on?
