Not 100% sure but I would assume it is same as Mainstream except Channels 2:

Mainstream:
/Streaming/Channels/1?transportmode=unicast&profile=Profile_1

Maybe try this for Substream:
/Streaming/Channels/2?transportmode=unicast&profile=Profile_1

More on Streaming from our 101:

STREAMING VIDEO TIPS (Thanks - JSnP):

NOTE: "<username>" is admin, "<password>" is the "Verification Code" on the back of your Doorbell (Usually 6 Capital Characters), "<IP Address>" is your Doorbell's IP Address.
(One way to find your Doorbell's "<IP Address>" is by looking up your Doorbell's MAC address in your router.)

COPY/PASTE:
rxxp:/admin:<Enter password>@<Enter IP Address>:554/Streaming/Channels/101
(Change rxxp to rtsp)

⦁ RTSP Streaming for VLC (VideoLAN Media Player) Under Media/Open Network Stream (Ctrl+N)...Enter your RTSP Link/Info for Live Video Stream

You might want to test the SubStream in VLC

what version of BI are you running ?
Do a find inspect on the camera. Your screen shot does not look correct.
The screen shot is for an Amcrest camera

This is my LaView ONE Halo Doorbell which is the same as Nelly's NSC-DB2 (Hikvision Rebrands):

with the primary stream so slow a 1.6 frames per second there is no need for using subframes. For subframes to work in bI the iframe and frame rate of both streams must be the same.

Sorry, it's good or bad?

I am just looking for a way to keep my CPU low use but keep quality when a record.

Below you can see other cameras Dahua

I know 30FPS is overkill on our Doorbell Cam but I will be changing it as I add more Cams...

How many Cameras do you have on your BI box? I have a 4th Gen. with a Nvidia 970 Video Card.
