Suggested POE injector for single camera

I am looking at buying some cameras and I likely will need some individual PoE injectors. Is this BV-Tech injector suitable for a Dahua Starlight camera and is C$9 a good price?

Why not buy a switch if you will have more than one cam?

I have some locations where I have a 5 or 8 port switch in the room that then goes back to my main switch in my basement. So I need PoE injectors or switches spread around my house but in most instances I will only be powering one camera. The only other devices what I have that use PoE are Ubiquiti Access Points but I think I remember hearing that the Ubiquiti stuff uses non-standard PoE.
