Hi all,
I need to replace 2 reolink cameras.
I have to replace an 810a and an 822a.
Both must be 4k and must integrate AI for people detection.
The one that replaces the 822 must also be equipped with a good zoom or a fixed lens with many mm (the reolink has a 5x and I don't know what the equivalent in mm is)
I don't want to spend too much on it but I also don't want things that are too small.
Can you suggest me some model in in Hikvision world?

First thing you will find is a good 4K camera is only fixed lens unless you go to an expensive PTZ.

You need to find cameras that are in the green for MP/sensor size ratio.

See this thread for the commonly recommended cameras (along with Amazon links) based on distance to IDENTIFY that represent the overall best value in terms of price and performance day and night.

1/1.2 4K

Its acusense so you can set rules to check for human/vehicles only.

API to fetch detected data is SDK only, ISAPI does not support information for eventTarget

I havent seen any 4k with zoom that maintain 1/1.2 sensor size. Theres ton with 1/1.8 so i will leave others who may have tested some to share.

Im sorry i havent seen 8mm lenses, sadly hikvision stopped producing higher mm lenses, they had 6,8,12 for older series now its up to 4mm for standard serie, ultra series could have more mm lenses.

I havent seen exact bullet version of this cam, just slight variations of it. None had 1/1.2 senzor size which is must have for 4K and night time.

What i meant by SDK is irrelevant if you do not understand it. Something for developes.

OK, underdstood.

DS-2CD2087G2-L and the:

oh wow didnt know 2087 is 1/1.2, well it should be almost the same if not same. and it got 6mm lens option. Really good pick

I stand myself corrected by you. Totally missed this model.
The problem is the 6mm is very hard to be found...

I've tried to find the 6mm but it seams a mirage. The only one i found costs almost three times the normal price! I continue thinking that a variable-focal is the bertter solution for me (if 6 and 8mm are unaviable)

Finally i've bought a:
DS-2CD2H86G2-IZS and a
DS-2CD2T87G2-L

Can you help me to find a junction Box for the dome? I've to mount it on the ceiling.

In-Celining or just ceiling?

In ceiling:

If its ceiling or wall mount i believe you get metal bracket with camera and junction box is directly on camera already, by looking at datasheet

Good news! Just ceiling!
I saw a video too and it seams that the cam doesn't need a real Juction box. Now my problem is that che poe cable can arrive from one side and not directly from the
ceiling

I'm a bit confused for the junction box for the DS-2CD2T87G2-L . On the data sheet it said that it is compatibile with the ds-1280zj-s but i find al lot if different ds-1280zj-s and i can't understand witch fit with the camera! Can you help me?

I take advantage of this thread to ask for 4 camera used indoor used to monitor doors and windows inside my home. Now I'm usign some Annke C800 i'm not relly satisfied from their preson recognition. Hi hope that the Acuvision technology could be more raliable.

Idk where you look at or order, but there's only 1 DS-1280ZJ-S in term of dimensions. There could only be color variances like black version

The problem are not the dimetions, but the screw hole. The cam has 4 hole in squared positon, 62,mm distance. I can't see th 4 holes in the link you gave me.
