I am using this camera... Swann indoor PTZ . I for the life of me cannot get the ptz control to work with blue iris. I have used this camera for years and the ptz did work thru blue iris at one point but i cannot figure out what i have changed. If i goto the swanncloud webpage, the ptz function works perfectly. I have tried all these option in this drop down menu. If anybody has any ideas i would appreciate it.
