Talented birds create pig head sculpture

These birds have been working on this sculpture for weeks. Looks like a pig head to me.

I think you are right. They're trying to tell me that game birds are off limits and to stick with pork. No more 'pheasant under glass' for dinner.

Lare, do you have any problems with rats or squirrels getting the bird food? They sometimes drive me crazy on my feeder.

I haven't seen any rats but I get a mouse every night that chows down on the cracked corn and the flock block. I figure he doesn't eat much though.

Once in a while a squirrel will show up, but not too often. I used to throw peanuts out there but the damn magpies would steal them, so I stopped doing that. eaceful:

I wan't to get quails someday. I love the little noises they make.

I get at least 50 quail a day but actually more like a hundred. I know, I spoil them with a guaranteed breakfast, lunch and dinner. I like the noises they make too. Cute little birds they are.
