How do I fix this?
I'm trying to export some recorded files for the first time. No errors occurred during the exporting process.
There is no problem with the flash drive that I'm using as a backup.

I suspect that the (unspecified) video player does not support the mp4 video format.
What video players have you tried?

It most likely support mp4, but not the codec behind it.

Specially if its h265, windows have trouble with h264 as well

Download and use VLC Player, it eats anything you feed to it
