After pushback, they have graciously agreed to not enforce this on inner tubes, even though the legislation includes 2 inner tubes tied together in the definition of "watercraft".

You got to be freaking kidding me. Politicians will find any way to rob the people they serve. The people of Oregon need to push back on this and tell them no freaking way, or those in government will keep finding ways to bend them over. You'll need a permit to breathe air soon

The more I view that clip, the more I think it is artificial movement - AI done in an editing program. You would see subtle physical glitches in movement if it were real. It's way too smooth for the movement to be mechanical in nature. Just look at the soccer robots in China, they regularly became imbalanced during play and fell. I don't believe we are that far just yet. We're getting there.

By the 2030s, you'll see more refined movement and they will be a lot more stable. Then we can really be worried that we are fucked
