The future..
I recall seeing that movie when it came out in '71 or '72. Then a few years later I saw American Graffiti and noticed the front plate on character John Milner's yellow '32 Ford deuce coupe.....THX 138. This was a sly tribute by the director, George Lucas, to his first film.

I'm a big fan of effective and responsible policing and I support LEO but.....
I am glad to hear that both officers got disciplined for what they did, they should have at the very least checked with their supervisor AND if he/she OK'd it then they also need their chain yanked.

Arresting an on-duty nurse and man-handling her like they did? C'mon, man.....use your damn head and put that tough-cop persona to work on the street on some damn thief, wife beater or punk-ass drug dealer.

My thoughts exactly, sadly this is the kinda stuff that puts a scar on the police...

Great movie, it is in my collection. For a "school" project, he went where nobody had gone previously with techniques, tech directing, etc. I believe all scenes were captured with only two cameras, each camera had its own director. I've gotten mixed responses from people I've shared it with, apparently it is not for everyone.

Sorry its a FB post, but wow, if this is real?

Now this could go in the Funny/Satire thread but I figured these were "WTF" moments for dogs so it is more suitable here....
