Entirely possible. Biden has been managing with FAR LESS than 1/2 of a brain. So it is possible. And with woke Liberals, it's even very likely.

The reports seem to agree the shooter used a red dot, not a scope. One report talked about 2 kinds of red dots (I don't know the terminology) and he had the lower resolution kind.
