[tool] [tutorial] Free AI Person Detection for Blue Iris

Thanks ! I fortunately did resolve today. I use Portainer to control my Docker hubs and it by default always adds authentication to each new container. I unchecked the authentication box in the creation process and now it functions flawlessly.
Where would I find this in Portainer?

Hey, I've joined as I have been trying to set this up following the YouTube video by The Hook Up as I currently run a Hikvision NVR but this Blue Iris system with AI looks to me to be a much better bet.

I am however having some issues with getting AI Tool to process the images, it'll no doubt be an error on my part but I would be grateful if anyone could point me in the right direct to allow me to resolve the error below that I am getting.

[11.05.2020, 15:57:16.641]:

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hopefully someone can help me here I'm getting:

[11.05.2020, 15:40:57]: ERROR: Could not trigger URL '192.168.1.171:8081/admin?trigger&camera=DrivewayHD&user=USER&pw=PASS', please check if '192.168.1.171:8081/admin?trigger&camera=DrivewayHD&user=USER&pw=PASS' is correct and reachable.

Same error happens on all the other cameras as well.
Running Windows 10 Pro
BlueIris, AI and Deepstack all running on this computer w/ about 10% CPU usage.
Followed GentlePumpkins instructions and YouTube videos the best i could.

Any suggestions would help.

Hello,
I'm encountering the follow error everytime I run AI Tool. My machine is Windows 10 1909. I can click continue and fill in all my details in settings..etc, but it never communicates with DeepStack.

Any idea how I can get beyond this?
Thanks!
Ben.

Do you have .Net Framework installed on the machine that AI Tool is running on?

Do you have use secure session keys and login page disabled under the web server section?

Yep! Even tried reinstalling incase and it says 4.8 is already installed.

Ben.
RIght, I've set compatibility mode to Windows 8 and I no longer get that .NET error. However the following happens when trying to process images..

Deepquest is running on Port 83, and the IP address is correct.

Any idea now?

Thanks!

Did you install Visual C++ 2010 and 2015? Also, does your processor support AVX? If not DeepStack won't work on Windows.

Yes and yes. Even tried to repair but no dice.
Processor is an i5 4th Gen, so I do believe supports AVX.
I assume that you've already rebooted after installing Visual C++

I've been doing extensive testing the last several days on what DeepStack requires and all that I've found is Visual C++, AVX support as well as desktop experience (if installed on a server). It seems odd that you had to run AI Tool in compatibility mode to get it to work. Do you have another machine that you can run AI Tool on to attempt to connect to Deep Stack, to verify that Deep Stack is working?

Edit: You should also disable UAC and then reboot.

Just a post to say that I couldn't get this working with the deepstack container, but I did get it working great with the coral-pi-rest-server.
